Return if item damaged

If you receive your package and find that some items were lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items. You may be asked to send the damaged items back before your refund can be issued.
 
 

Credit for delay

If your order is not delivered before or on the latest delivery date provided to you, depending on the shipping method of your package you will be issued:
  • €5.00 credit Bonus on your Cart
  • €21.00 Discount on your next order
The credit will be added to your fashionmode  credit balance within 48 hours of the latest delivery date and can be used on your next order. Under specific circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters and other unforeseeable circumstances, you may not be able to receive compensation for late delivery.

 

Refund for no update

If there have been no tracking updates for a period of time and your package has not been delivered, you can apply for a free reshipment or refund, as the package may have been lost in transit. If you do end up receiving the package after applying, you can keep it for free without the need to return it. The specific conditions are as follows:

  • 15 days without updates for packages shipped domestically
  • 15 days without updates for packages shipped from overseas by air

There may not be many tracking updates for Cash on Delivery packages. If you don't want to wait any longer, you can apply to cancel the items.

If you receive the package after your request has been approved, you may be allowed to keep it for free in certain circumstances without needing to return it. Under specific circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters and other force majeure circumstances, you may not be able to receive compensation or request refund for no update

 

Refund for no delivery

If your package still hasn't been delivered to your designated address or pick-up point address a specific period of time (see details below) after being shipped, it's possible that the shipment has encountered a problem. You can apply for a free reshipment or a full refund. If it arrives later, you can keep it for free without the need to return it. The specific conditions are as follows:

  • 20 days for packages shipped domestically (5 days more for packages shipped via truck or packages weighing 80 kg or more)
  • 30 days for packages shipped from overseas by air

Delivery time for Cash on Delivery packages may be long. If you don't want to wait any longer, you can apply to cancel the order.
