DAILY JOB INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY AGENTS PARTNERS

As a Fashion Mode delivery agent partner, the daily responsibilities include managing and delivering customer orders efficiently and professionally.

Job Overview

Agents will receive packages containing various items such as clothes, shoes, perfumes, and home products. Each package will include the customer’s details and delivery instructions.

Delivery Process

1. Receive Orders: Collect the assigned packages from the distribution point.( From DHL , UPS , FEDEX , TNT , Etc...)  Agent can receive 20 packages at once for 20 different customers and will have to deliver them safely and properly to each customers
2. We will always make sure that the customers are around the Agent partner location
3. Deliver or Arrange Pickup:
   • Deliver the package directly to the customer’s address, or
   • Meet the customer at an agreed location for pickup.
4. Payment Collection:
   • Collect the total payment from the customer upon delivery or pickup.
   • Payments are made in cash (Cash on Delivery).

Commission and Payment Handling

• Agents will keep 10% of the total amount received from each customer as their commission.
• The remaining 90% must be transferred to the company’s account at the end of each working day.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle all packages with care.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and the company.
• Keep accurate records of all deliveries and payments.
